Hair needs to be nourished just like the body.  In order for hair to get abundant nutrition, it is necessary to apply oil and include nutrients in the diet.

 Lack of nutrition increases the risk of thinning, frizzy and brittle hair.  Haircuts are often suggested as an alternative to split ends.  However, even without cutting the hair, the problem of split ends can be controlled.

 Oil massage

 Mix castor and mustard oil evenly.  Massage this oil on the hair.  Coconut and almond oil are also beneficial for hair health.  Heat a little olive oil and apply it on the hair.  It acts as a conditioner on the hair.

 If the hair is split ends, do this remedy-

 Remember that Spit End makes your hair lifeless and it is not possible to undo lifeless hair. Therefore, using keratin hair products or shampoo does not reduce the hair problem. For this, first trim your hair 2 to 4 inches and then this problem should not occur again  Take care of your hair for this.

केसांना फाटे फुटत असतील तर हे उपाय करा-

लक्षात ठेवा स्पीट एन्डमुळे तुमचे केस निर्जीव झालेले आहेत आणि निर्जीव केस पुर्ववत होणे शक्य नसते.त्यामुळ त्यासाठी केराटीन हेअर प्रॉडक्टस किंवा शॅम्पू वापरल्यामुळे केसांची समस्या कमी होत नाही.यासाठी प्रथम तुमचे केस २ ते ४ इंच ट्रीम करा व त्यानंतर पुन्हा केसांमध्ये ही समस्या निर्माण होऊ नये यासाठी केसांची काळजी घ्या.

नैसर्गिक व घरगुती उपायांमुळे केस एक दिवसात लगेच चांगले होणार नाहीत.त्यामुळे केसांच्या उत्तम आरोग्यासाठी व मजबूतीसाठी हे उपाय नियमित व सातत्याने करा.
