 1) Cleansing milk

 2) Scrub

 3) Massage Cream

 4) Serum

 5) Face pack

 Skin Policing Facial Step

 1) Apply Cleansing Milk then turn face massager machine on it. After 5 minutes clean it with cotton.

 2) Then apply scrub, mix 2-3 drops of Serum in the scrub. Scrub by hand for 2-3 minutes, then turn the machine and start Steam (5-7 minutes).

 3) Heat on Black heads Remover stick steam.  Apply cotton astringent from black heads, then clean with sponge and then wipe with napkin.

 Apply astregent cotton and tap on the face

 4) Mix serum in massage cream and then do shoulder, face and nack step

Sholder Steps (3Steps)

 1) Round the upper breast and come to the side and press the shoulder

 2) Round Round to Right Hand Left Shoulder and Left Hand to Right Shoulder

 3) Round the upper breast and press the pressure point behind the shoulder behind the ear

 Neck & Facial Step (27 Steps)

 1) Pull the nack in Upper Direction with both hands.  If Right starts, then End should also be Right.  Do these steps 3 to 4 time

 2) Do Chin Sizer 3 Time and do 3rd chin sizer behind the ear and press the pressure point

 3) Pinch the chin 3 times and 3rd she chin sizer go behind the ear and press the pressure point

 4) Massage with Upper Lip To Lower Lip C Shape 3-4 times

 5) Lip Sizer should be done up to the cheeks 3-4 times

6) Finger with both hands to massage the cheek in upper direction. Do not lift the hand. Do the same step on both cheeks.

 7) Palm of both hands should massage the cheek in Upper Direction. Do not lift the hand. Do the same step on both cheeks.

 8) Pull the finger and cheek of both the hands in upper direction.  And do not lift hands to massage

 9) Do half massage on the cheek with both fingers and do not lift the hand

 10) Thumb up (fist) and massage the cheek in upper direction 3-4 times

 11) Press the lower direction from the starting point of the nose with the help of thumb 1 time

 12) Pull the nose up and down with the help of thumb on all sides 3-4 times

 13) Round the upper direction from the end of the nose to the top and press the start point of the eye

 14) After pressing the start of the eye, bring the thumb upwards from the eyebrows and press the end of the eyebrows with the thumb and the end of the lip with the other finger.

 15) Then from the end of the lip to the upper side (Ring Finger) with the fingers of the eye (eye only) slowly turn the circle only downwards

16) Tap only 4 fingers (Pion) on the eye except thumb 3-4 times

 17) Leave the thumb and open the eyes with 4 fingers 3-4 times

 18) Take the same hand back and press the end of the eyebrows with the hand under the eye and press the thumb between the forehead.

 19) Come back down and with the help of both thumbs move the thumb 3 times to the left and right side of the eye (dark circle) and press the eyebrows end 3rd time i.e. end of the eye.

 20) Swimming Step: - Put 2 thumbs on the forehead and make the remaining 4 fingers (inside out) first on the head and then on the cheeks.

 21) Size the upper side of the nose with both fingers 3-4 times

 22) Start to End Press the eyebrow with both fingers

 23) Move the forhead from the head to the round eyebrow end and press the end

 24) Pull the Forhead Upper Direction with the fingers of the hand

 25) Thumb up to Round Round from Forhead to Upper Side

 26) Sizer with both fingers and tap the head from right to left in the sizer with one finger

 27) Round Round (Clock-anti Clock) and Pressure on the palm of the hand (skin only) and the end of the eyebrows.

 Facial step (27steps) should be applied.  Then do the vaibration step and turn on the machine and clean it with a sponge

 Vaibration Step 3steps

 1) Rotate Right Hand Left and Left Hand Right by placing both hands on the head

 2) Put the fingers of both the hands in each other and place the hand on the chin and do the vibration.

 3) (facial step14) Press the start of the eye and press the end of the eyebrows with the thumb vibrating from the eyebrows upwards.

 5) Apply face pack. Mix rose water in face pack and apply

 6) Then apply cotton water to cotton eye (for relaxing).

 7) When the pack is dry, first smooth it by hand and wipe it with a sponge

 8) Serve the end for extra shine

Skin Policing Facial स्टेप

1) Cleansing Milk Apply करणे मग त्यावर face massager machine फिरवावी 5 मिनिटे नंतर cotton नी Clean करून घेणे

2) नंतर scrub Apply करणे Scrub मध्ये 2 -3 drop Serum mix करणे.हाताने 2-3 मिनिटे scrub करणे त्यानंतर machine फिरवणे व Steam चालु करणे (5-7 मिनिटे)

3) Black heads Remover stick steam वर गरम करणे . Cotton ला astregent लावून Black heads कडून घेणे नंतर sponge नी clean करून घेणे व नंतर napkin नी पुसावे

Astregent cotton ला लावून face वर tap करून घेणे

4) massage cream मध्ये serum मिक्स करावे व नंतर shoulder, face व nack step कराव्यात 

★Sholder Steps (3Steps)

1) Upper Breast ला Round Round करणे व side ला येऊन Sholder Press करणे

2) Right Hand Left Shoulder ला व Left hand Right Shoulder ला येऊन Round Round करणे ही step 3 time करावे

3) Upper Breast ला Round Round करून shoulder च्या मागून कानाच्या मागे Pressure Point ला Press करणे

★Neck & Facial Step (27 Steps)

1) दोन्ही हातांनी nack ला Upper Direction ला ओढणे . Right नी Start केल्यास end सुद्धा Right निच करावा. ही steps 3 To 4 Time करावी

2) Chin Sizer करावे 3 Time करणे व 3rd तिने ला chin sizer करून कानामागे जाऊन pressure Point ला press करणे

3) Chin Pinch करणे 3 Time करणे व 3rd तिने ला chin sizer करून कानामागे जाऊन pressure Point ला press करणे

4) Upper Lip To Lower Lip C  Shape करून massage करणे 3 -4 time

5) Lip Sizer करणे गालापर्यंत हात गेला पाहिजे 3 -4 time 

6) दोन्ही हाताच्या Finger नी गालाला Upper Direction ला massage करणे हात उचलू नये दोन्ही गालाला same Step करणे

7) दोन्ही हाताच्या Palm नी गालाला Upper Direction ला massage करणे हात उचलू नये दोन्ही गालाला same स्टेप करणे

8) दोन्ही हाताच्या फिंगर नि गालाला upper direction ला खेचावे. व massage करावा हात उचलू नये

9) दोन्ही हाताच्या finger नी गालावर half Round करत massage करणे व हात उचलू नये

10) Thumb Up (हाताची मुठ)करून गालाला upper direction ला massage करावे 3-4 time

11) नाकाला starting Point पासून खालच्या Direction ला अंगठ्याच्या मदतीने 1 वेळा Press करणे

12) नाकाला सर्व बाजूनी अंगठ्याच्या मदतीने वरून- खाली खेचणे 3- 4 वेळा

13) नाकाच्या end पासून upper Directionला Round Round करत वर पर्यंत येणे व डोळ्याचा start point ला Press करणे

14) डोळ्याच्या start ला Press करून झाल्यावर अंगठा वरच्या दिशेने eyebrows चा वरून आणून eyebrows च्या End ला अंगठ्याने व दुसऱ्या बोटानी Lip चा end ला Press करणे

15) मग Lip च्या End वरून वरच्या side ला येऊन (Ring Finger) बोटांनी फक्त डोळ्याच्या(फक्त डोळ्याला) हळू हळू गोल फिरवणे फक्त खालच्या direction नी

16) अंगठा सोडून फक्त 4 बोटे (Pion)डोळ्यावर Tap करणे 3-4 Time

17) अंगठा सोडून 4 बोटांनी डोळ्यावर उघड झाप करावी 3-4 time

18) परत तसाच हात घेऊन eye चा खालून हात घेऊन eyebrows च्या end ला press करणे व अंगठा Forhead च्या मध्ये press करायचा

19) परत खाली येऊन दोन्ही अंगठ्याचा मदतीने डोळ्याचा खाली(Dark Circle) ला left तो right ला 3 वेळा अंगठा फिरवणे व 3rd time ला eyebrows end ला म्हणजेच डोळ्याचा शेवटी press करणे

20) swimming Step:- Forhead वर दोन अंगठे ठेऊन राहिलेली 4 बोटे (आतून बाहेर) करणे first डोक्यावर मग गालावर असा पूर्ण face वर करणे

21) नाकावर दोन्ही बोटांनी upper side ला sizer करणे 3-4 time

22) दोन्ही बोटांनी eyebrow ला start to End Press करणे

23) हाताच्या finger नी forhead ला मधून Round Round eyebrow end पर्यंत करणे व end ला Press करणे

24) हाताच्या बोटांनी Forhead Upper Direction ला खेचणे

25) Thumb up करून Forhead च्या मधून upper Side ला Round Round करणे

26) दोन्ही बोटांची Sizer करून Forhead ला Right पासून Left पर्यंत sizer मध्ये एका बोटांनी Tap करणे

27) हाताचा palm नि (only स्किन) Eyebrows च्या end ला Round Round (Clock-anti Clock ) करणे व Pressure देने

 facial step (27steps) apply कराव्यात. नंतर vaibration step कराव्यात व machine फिरवणे व sponge नी clean करून घेणे

Vaibration Step 3steps

1) Forhead वर दोन्ही हात एकावर एक ठेवून Right Hand Left ला व left hand Right ला फिरवणे

2) दोन्ही हाताची बोटे एकमेकांमध्ये घालून तो हात chin वर ठेऊन Vaibration करत वर यावे (Chick पर्यंत vaibration करावे ) मग दोन्ही हात forhead पर्यंत घेऊन जावे

3) (facial step14) eye चा startला press करून अंगठा वरच्या दिशेने eyebrows वरून vibration करून eyebrows च्याend ला press करणे

5)Face pack apply करावा face pack मध्ये rose water मिक्स करावे व apply करावा

6) नंतर cotton ला Rose water to cotton डोळ्यावर ठेवणे (Relexing साठी) 

7) पॅक सुकल्यावर first हातानी smooth करून sponge नी पुसून घ्यावा 

8) end ला Serum लावावे extra shine साठी
