Menicure
Menicure केल्याने Hand ची tanning निघुन जाते.Nails व Hand Soft and Smooth होतात.
सामान:-
● 1Big Bowl With Warm Water
● Hydrogen
● Acetone
● Astrigent
● Shampoo (No Black Shampoo)
● मसाज Scrub
● मसाज Cream
● Cuticle Cream
● Nail Pusher
● Nail filer
● Nail Cutter
● Dead Skin Remover
● Nails Buffer
● Orange Stick
● Soft Brush
Steps ;-
1) Bowl मध्ये Shampoo (No Black Shampoo)
Hydrogen 10 -15 Drops
Astringent 10-15 Drops (Dettol Use करू शकता)
2) Acetone (Nail pent remover) ने Nail pent कडून टाकणे.
3) Nails Cut करने
4) Nails Filer करने
5) Cuticle Cream Nails व Tanning भागाला लावणे
6)Cuticle Cream लावून हात Warm Water मध्ये ठेवणे 10-15 मिनिटे
7) Nail Pusher नी सर्व नखांना Push करणे (Dead Skin निघून जाते)
8) Orange stick ला Hydrogen लावणे व nails चा cornner ला असलेली घाण कडून टाकणे.
9) Dead Skin Remover use करणे ( Diabetes patient साठी Use करु नये)
10) मसाज Cream Only Finger ला लावणे.
11) हात परत Warm Water मध्ये टाकणे.
12) Soft ब्रश नी हाताच्या मागे व पुढे घासावे.
13) Body Care Scrub पुर्ण हाताला apply करावे व Scrub नी पूर्ण हात Rub करावा. 2-3मिनिटे करावे
14) Sponge नी पूर्ण हात Clean करावे.
15) Napkin नि Tap करावे.
16)मसाज Cream पुर्ण हाताला Apply करावे. व हाताला मसाज देणे

◆ हाताला वरून खाली
◆ हाताला Round वर- Press खाली
◆ हाताला Zig-zag वर - Press खाली
◆ हाताला Butterfly वर - Press खाली
◆ बोटांना clock- anti clock करून खेचवे (आवाज आला पाहिजे)
◆ तळहाताला Round Round व Zig zag कर
◆ हात फोल्ड करून Clock -Anti Clock करणे
◆ हाताला हळुवार बुक्के मारणे
◆ हात मारणे (अक्रोड)
17) Nails Buffer use करने (Nail pent लावायची नसेल तरच)
18) Nail Buffer Use करताना पहिली रफ बाजूने मग सॉफ्ट बाजूने Buffer करावे

●Massage Cream
● Cuticle Cream
●Nail Pusher
● Nail filer
●Nail Cutter
● Dead Skin Remover
● Nails Buffer
● Orange Stick
● Soft Brush

Steps; -
1) Shampoo in Bowl (No Black Shampoo)
Hydrogen 10 -15 Drops
Astringent 10-15 Drops (You can use Dettol)
2) Acetone (Nail pent remover) to remove nail paint.
3) Cut Nails
4) To file nails (Round shape)
5) Apply Cuticle Cream Nails and Tanning area
6) Apply Cuticle Cream and keep hands in warm water for 10-15 minutes
7) Nail Pusher to push all the nails (Dead Skin Remover)
8) Apply hydrogen to the orange stick and remove the dirt from the corners of the nails.
9) Using Dead Skin Remover (Not to be used for Diabetes patient)
10) Apply Massage Cream Only Finger.
11) Put your hands back in warm water.
12) Rub with soft brush on the back and front of the hand.
13) Apply Body Care Scrub to the whole hand and rub the whole hand with the scrub. Do it for 2-3 minutes
14) Sponge should clean his hands completely.
15) Tap the napkin.
16) Apply massage cream on the whole hand. And hand massage

◆ Hand up and down
◆ Hand Round Up - Press Down
◆ Zig-zag on hand - Press down
◆ Hand on Butterfly - Press down
◆ Pull the fingers clockwise- anti clock (sound should come)
◆ Round and zig zag on the palm
◆Clock -Anti Clock by folding the hand
◆ Gently punching the hand
◆ Clapping (Walnut)
17) Use Nails Buffer (only if you don't want to apply nail paint)
18) When using Nail Buffer, first buffer with rough side and then with soft side
