 Pedicure

  Pedicure केल्याने पायाच्या नखांची घाण पूर्ण निघून जाते Nails Sharp होतात. पाय smooth व Soft होतात. सर्वात जास्त pedicure थंडीत होते. Pedicure करण्याआधी leg wax केल्यास 100%Result होतो.

टीप:-  प्रेग्नेंट बायकांनी Pedicure करू नये.

सामान ;-

● Pedicure Machine

● Shampoo

● Cuticle Cream

● Astrengent

● Cotton

● Napkin

● Acetone

● मसाज Cream

● मसाज Scrub

● Nail Buffer

● Nail Pusher

● Dead Skin Remover

● Soft Brush

● Scraper

● Foot Ston

● Hydrogen

● Nail Filer

● Clensing Milk

Step ;-

 1) पााण्यात Shampoo व Astrengent  10 -15 drop  व                   Hydrogen 20 -30 drop

2) Nail pent.  काढणे (Nail pent Remover)

3) Nail Cut करणे

4) Nail Filer करणे (Round shape मध्ये)

5) Cuticle Cream Nails व Tanning भागाला लावणे

6)Cuticle Cream लावून पाय Warm Water मध्ये ठेवणे 10-15       मिनिटे

7) Nail Pusher नी सर्व नखांना Push करणे (Dead Skin               निघून जाते)

8) Orange stick ला Hydrogen लावणे व nails चा cornner           ला असलेली घाण कडून टाकणे.

9) Dead Skin Remover use करणे ( Diabetes patient साठी           Use करु नये)

10)  मसाज Cream Only Finger ला लावणे. व पाय पाण्यात ठेवणे.

11) हात परत Warm Water मध्ये टाकणे.

12) Soft ब्रश ला shampoo लावून नी पायाच्या मागे व पुढे घासावे. व नंतर brush वर Cleansing घेऊन बोटाला rub करणे.Scrapper वर Cleansing घेऊन  Toe (पायाची खालची बाजू) वर rub करणे  नंतर पाय Wash करने नंतर दुसरा पायाला same Process करणे

13) मसाज Cream लावणे पूर्ण पायाला 

 मसाज step :-

◆   पायाला वरून खाली 

◆  पायाला  Ring वर- Press खाली

◆  पायाला  Zig-zag वर - Press खाली

◆  पायाला Butterfly वर - Press खाली

◆  बोटाना पूर्ण Press

◆ बोटांनाclock- anti clock करून खेचवे (आवाज आला         पाहिजे)

◆ तळपायाला Round Round व Zig zag करणे

◆ Rubbing तळपाय

14) नंतर Buffer करावे ( Nail pent लावायची नसल्यास buffer करावे)

Pedicure

       Pedicure completely removes dirt from the toenails and nails become sharp.  The feet become smooth and soft.  Most pedicures were cold.  100% result if leg wax is done before pedicure.

Note: - Pregnant women should not do pedicure.

● Soft Brush

● Scraper

● Foot Ston

●Hydrogen

● Nail Filer

● Clensing Milk

Step; -

 1) Shampoo and Astrengent 10-15 drops and Hydrogen 20-.       30 drops in water

 2) Romove Nail paint.  Nail Paint Remover (Acetone)

 3) Nail Cut

 4) Nail Filer (in Round shape)

 5) Apply Cuticle Cream Nails and Tanning area

 6) Apply Cuticle Cream and keep feet in warm water for

      10-. 15 minutes

 7) Nail Pusher to push all the nails (Dead Skin goes away)

 8) Apply hydrogen to the orange stick and remove the dirt from the corners of the nails.

 9) Using Dead Skin Remover (Not to be used for Diabetes patient)

 10) Apply Massage Cream Only Finger.  And keeping the feet in the water.

 11) Put your hands back in warm water.

 12) Apply soft brush shampoo on the back and front of the feet.  And then rub the finger with cleansing on the brush. Cleansing on the scraper and rub on the toe (foot)

 13) Apply massage cream to full feet

 Massage step: -

 ◆ From top to bottom of the foot

 ◆ Ring on the foot - Press down

◆ Zig-zag on the foot - Press down

◆ Foot on Butterfly - Press down

◆ Botana Full Press

◆ Pull the fingers clockwise- anti clock (sound should come)

 ◆ Round and zig zag the soles of the feet

 ◆ Rubbing soles

 14) Then buffer (if you don't want to apply nail paint, buffer)
